Cancellation Policy

Your time is very important to me and reserved just for you. A 24-hour advance notification is required to avoid being billed for 100% of services scheduled.

If you are feeling even the slightest bit unwell, please reschedule. I'd love to see you once you feel better!

  • Over 24 hours in advance? You can cancel or reschedule on your own. Go to your confirmation email, and click/tap on "View or Change my Appointment".

  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment? Please call me at (650) 804-9226.

Children (and friendly furbabies!) in the Spa

Want to have a service done, but can’t get someone to watch your child or friendly furbaby for those few minutes? Not to worry. Feel free to bring them in while you receive your service.
