During the booking process, please let me know that you’re a new client! And, please bring the Consent Form to your appointment. We also provide a link to this consent form in the confirmation email we send upon booking.
A Note about Scheduling
Bookings slots are made available only one week in advance. We announce the following week’s schedule via our mailing list. To subscribe to our mailing list, please provide your email address in the opt-in form below.
Your time is very important to us and reserved just for you. A 24 hour advance notification is required to avoid being billed for 100% of services scheduled. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or make any changes to your appointment, please contact us.
